Truth- a 5 letter word we are so scared about. But why- are we so rotten from inside that we live in the fear of people finding the real us and abondaning us? What so bad in facing the true us ? Do we know that we all are eternal losers and dont want to admit it because failure pains. We usually keep the truth about ourself, the things we dont like and appreciate, people we are not so fascinated about and present the fake us in front of the world. "Living in the world of pretence so to be liked they say,is better than being true and not appreciated." But why, why are we so consumed about social norms, where is our rebellious streak that started so many revolutions in the world.
Do you really think shakespeare as a person for all his unusual views and naked truth was liked by people at that time. Do you think marie antoniette and queen elizabeth really gave a damn what people around them thought. "Whats wrong and not according to the norms of that century is often the viewpoint of the next." So its time to shed your inhibitions and apprehensions to be great in the next century or just be remembered as a person who spoke their mind and said the truth about themselves.
Even am on that path of truth but in all this drama, even a most rebel me has started pretending. I hope i rediscover the edgy and hippie me once again.
